Core Issue
Transparent Government
Government works best when it's accessible. In eight years, I've attended nearly every meeting, served on multiple boards, and made myself available to every constituent who reaches out.
Your alderperson should be reachable.
I believe you shouldn't have to fight city hall to get answers. Over the past eight years, I've made accessibility a priority—not as a campaign promise, but as a daily practice.
I currently chair both the Finance Committee and the Community Development Authority, and serve on the Board of Health. I've attended nearly every council meeting since taking office. When residents call about road conditions, garbage pickup, or permit questions, I pick up the phone and connect them with the right people.
When development proposals generate concern, I host listening sessions to hear from neighbors directly—even when the conversations are difficult. Government transparency isn't just about open records; it's about showing up and being available.
What I'll Fight For
Continued Accessibility
I'll keep answering calls, attending meetings, and connecting residents to city services.
Listening Before Voting
On contentious issues, I'll continue hosting constituent sessions before key votes.
Clear Communication
I'll keep residents informed about council decisions that affect their neighborhood.
